ADMISSION PROCEDURE

ELIGIBILITY:
All the students passing out Matric Exam from Board of Secondary Education or "O" Level Exam from London/Cambridge University are entitled for Admission in XI/D.B.A. The student passing Matric with Science group or General group both can apply for (Intermediate Computer Science Group or Commerce Group) or D.B.A. which is equivalent to Intermediate Commerce.

REGISTRATION:
The students may collect the registration from the office of the college against payment of Rs.100/= The form duly filled along with  required documents should be submitted by the date mentioned therein. (Issuance of Registration form does not guarantee admission).

ENTRANCE TEST:
All the applicants would have to appear in an Entrance test on the date and time advised at the time of registration. The students will be tested in Maths, English, General Knowledge and logics (Computer Science group only).

RESULT:
The test of successful candidates will be displayed on the notice board of the college within 3days of Entrance Test. The successful candidates will be offered provisional admission subject to confirmation on completion of admission formalities within stipulated time period.

SUBMISSION OF ADMISSION FORM & FEE:
The successful candidates will be provided Admission Form to be filled in and submitted by the date stipulated therein. 3 passport size Photographs, Copy of Marks Sheet of class X and a Character certificate of the last school is to be submitted along with form & prescribed fee.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ADMISSION

FEE PAYMENT:
1.Fee once paid is not refundable in any case.
2.Monthly Fee must be paid in advance by 10th of each month.
3.A late fee of Rs.25/= will be charged if the fee is deposited after the 10th but by 15th of any month and a late fee of Rs.100/- will be charged after 15th.
4.If a student fails to pay his dues by the last of the month the name of the student may be dropped from our roll.
5.A student once dropped from our roll would have to complete admission formalities again as a new student. (Re-admission  is not guaranteed)

ATTENDANCE:
The students must be regular and punctual. Late comers may be denied entry into college premises. Students maintaining 80% attendance will be entitled to appear in Board Exam.
Any absence from the college should be supported by written application duly signed by parent/guardian.

REGULAR EVALUATION:
The TCWCIT will conduct Regular Tests, Surprise Quiz, Quarterly Exams and assign Creative Projects to keep a regular track of students performance. The students failing to clear Home exams may not be allowed to appear in the Board Exams.

DISCIPLINE:
The students are supposed to maintain strict discipline at on/off the college premises. Involvement in any religious, political, ethnical or any  indecent activity may result in cancellation of admission and expulsion from the college of which the Principal will be the sole judge. The students found guilty of using any unfair means in any exam, test, quiz may be penalized or expelled from the college as per discretion of the Principal.

ID CARD:
All the students will be provided an ID Card which they should invariably wear during college hours.
