ADMISSION PROCEDURE / TERMS & CONDITIONS

Registration:
1) All the visitors interested in admission of
their wards are requested to fill a Visitor's
Slip available at Reception.
2) The P.R.O. arranges an initial meeting
of Vice Principal who provides detailed information about our institution and curriculum etc.
3) In case the visiting parents are interested
in admission, a folder containing the following information is provided to them against payment of Rs. 100/= :

1. Registration Form

2. Introduction of School

3. Admission Procedure & Terms & Conditions for Admission

4. Salient Features of the School

5. Fee Schedule

6. A list of institutions in our Network

7. Guidelines for entrance test.

4) The parents are requested to fill the form and submit along with Photo at Reception.
The P.R.O. will issue you a Registration Card indicating the dates for entrance test and result/ interview.

ENTRANCE TEST:
An entrance test will be conducted on the date & time indicated in Registration  Card
as per guidelines provided at the time of registration. Kindly bring the Registration
Card with you.

INTERVIEW / RESULT:
Vice Principal will interview the child and
both parents on the date & time mentioned in Registration Card (Kindly bring the Card with you.) She will immediately let you know the result of Test/ interview.
Decision of the Vice Principal in this regard
will be final.

ADMISSION FORMALITIES:
Successful candidates will be provided
Admission Form with a request to submit the same duly filled along with other papers mentioned therein by a specified date.
Failure to submit the fee and Required documents by due date may result in cancellation of offer for admission.

TRANSPORT:
School arranges reliable and safe pick/dropservice. If you need school transport kindly fill the Transport Form also and pay the charges for the same with other fee. (Details available at Reception ). The Van may take 1/2 days to see your place and start pick/ drop of you child . 

REGULAR CLASSES:
After completion of admission formalities the student can attend the regular classes.

COURSES BOOKS:
The Course books are arranged by the school
and the same can be purchased from reception against cash payment

EXERCISE BOOKS:
the first set of exercise books is provided by the school free of cost.

UNIFORM:
The School uniform  may be purchased from

SCHOOL TIMINGS:
The following class timings are observed :
    1-11     8:00 a.m. to 12:30p.m.
    111-X   8:00 a.m. to  01: 40 p.m.

The students must enter the school before the bell rings. Late comers are not allowed into the school Students can't leave the school during school hours. In case of an emergency parents to submit a request in writing and pick their wards after approval has been obtained from the Vice Principal.

ATTENDANCE:
The students must maintain 90% attendance to qualify and to appear in the final exams.
Any absence due to unavoidable circumstances must be followed by a leave application duly signed by the parent. In case of absence due to ill health, proper Medical Certificate should be submitted with an application. An absence of continuous 5 days
without proper intimation may result in the student's name being struck off the register.

UNIFORM:
Students without proper uniform will not be allowed into the class. The students must be neatly dressed, have their nails and hair
properly cut. Students are not allowed to wear jewellery in school.

PROMOTION TO NEXT CLASS:
The school conducts two comprehensive
exams at the end of each term. Students are also given chapter end tests and assigned various projects. A student must maintain
40% marks in aggregate (on over all performance of the year) in each subject to get a pass in the particular subject.
Students must pass all the major subjects
to be promoted to the next class. A student failing to 'pass' in one/two minor subject (s)
may be promoted to the next class as per school's policy but not given any rank.
Class VII students must clear all the subjects for promotion to class IX. Further they must secure at least 60% marks in G. Science, Math and in aggregate to qualify for Science group in class IX.
A student abstaining from many test/exam  is awarded "zero" in that paper.

FEE CHARGES & PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
The details of Monthly Fee & other charges
payable are available in the folder. The Monthly
fee must be paid in advance by the 10th of each month. A late fee of Rs. 5/= per day is charged for the delayed period. All thedues must be cleared before appearing in Mid Term / Final Exam, otherwise admit card is not issued. Result of the students who fail to clear their dues in-time will be withheld.

PARENT TEACHER MEETING:
The management believes in close contact
between parents and teachers to improve the
output of the child. Parents can visit the Vice Principal to discuss the progress of their ward any time during school hours. An advance appointment will help the Vice Principal to keep herself totally free for the discussion. Parents can also see the concerned educators before/after school hours or during their free periods. Kindly contact the office to fix proper meeting. Further more we hold three official parent teacher meetings to review the progress of the students.

PRE- EXAM MEETING (Two): A Parent - Teacher Meeting is held 4 weeks before Term Exams (September and February )to review the progress of the student and seek cooperation of the parents if the progress of the student is not up to the required standard.

POST - EXAM MEETING (Once): The meeting is conducted in October immediately after the announcement of result to discuss the performance of student in the examination.
Parents are requested and encouraged to actively participate in the meeting and work together for improving the student's capability.

GENERAL RULES: Littering is totally prohibited in the school. Student must throw the waste material in bins only.

Parents are not allowed into the class rooms during school hours. Educators are not allowed to attend parents during their class timings.

Students suffering from contagious and infectious disease are not permitted to attend the school till declared completely cured by the school doctor.

Any damage caused by the student to movable / immovable property of the school will be made good by the parents.
